-11 isn't so bad, really. It's not all that windy, so there's no windchill to speak of.
You know what I just realized? Saying "It's -11, but there's no windchill, so it's not so bad" is EXACTLY like when people from the Southwest say "Yeah, it's 102, but it's a dry heat, so it's not so bad."
