A week from right now (9:30am) I will be dozing away in a hotel room in Fairbanks, preparing for a wonderful day of swimming and Thanksgiving-dinner-eating at Chena Hot Springs.
Just thought you'd like to know.
Oh, Mom, thanks for the package. The pretzels are much appreciated.

Glad you liked them. Hopefully they weren't all crushed. Did everything else survive the journey?
Sara,
What type of athletic gear is needed at your school? If you send me a list, perhaps our school district may have some used "stuff" to send you.

FRE...you're going to miss the FRE...and what about the PIE....and the WHOLE MILK...Damnit girl - and all you care about is "Chena Hot Springs?" Where's the love? :) I hope the insectipods come and raid your house!!! Happy dreams of Burl Ives!!!
OK, to answer in sequential order...
1. Mom- The pretzels were not crushed. Everything got here all right. No nasty dorm staff to steal stuff out of people's care packages like in college. ;-)
2. Jerry- I'll let you know. Right now basketball is about to start... I'll talk to the guy who runs stuff and see if there's anything they need.
3. Aimee (I assume)- Of course I will miss the Fre. And the Burl Ives. And the whole milk. And the caaaaaaak (you forgot that one) and all the other stuff. But I can't be there, don't hot springs sound nice?
Sheesh, my entire family reads by stuff... I should watch my language.
Naaaaaaaah.
